30 × 173 mm HEI-T/SD

Cartridge 30 x 173 mm HEI-T/SD was developed for use with guns Bushmaster II/MK44 and Mauser MK 30-2. The cartridge complies with requirements of STANAG 4624 Ed.1 for 30 x 173 mm ammunition and other related documents. The projectile ignites on target impact. If the projectile does not hit the target within ca 5 s, the self-destruct device will detonate the projectile. The projectile delivers fragments and incendiary effect inside and on the target upon impact. The projectile is painted yellow with black marking.
