Cartridge 30 x 173 mm API-T was developed for use with guns Bushmaster II/MK44 and Mauser MK 30-2. The cartridge complies with requirements of STANAG 4624 Ed.1 for 30 x 173 mm ammunition and other related documents.
The projectile has a low velocity drop during flight due to a low drag shape. The projectile is having the penetration effect and delivers heavy fragments and incendiary effect inside the target on impact. The projectile is painted black with white marking.
